EU General Product Safety Regulation
The manufacturers within the meaning of the EU Product Safety Regulation for our range are

Packaging Act and system participation
Since 1 July 2022, in addition to obvious packaging products such as paper cases, paper carrier bags, shipping packaging,
etc. spectacle cases are also classified as packaging products. These products are therefore also subject to system participation.
Please remember to register your company and your packaging with the LUCID register (free of charge),
and have the packaging products licensed by a dual system of your choice (subject to a fee).
You must fulfil the obligation to register and report packaging to the LUCID reporting register yourself.
Note: The system participation obligation can be delegated to the upstream supplier. If you decide to delegate the system
participation system participation obligation for products purchased from us that are subject to system participation, we will
charge a service fee. The fee depends on the nature and weight of the respective products.
In the “Other composite packaging” category, the fee is €1.413/kg, in the “Plastics” category €1.538/kg and in the category
“paper / cardboard” €0.356/kg. The prices do not include VAT and is invoiced per order.
The system participation obligation must be commissioned to us in writing.
